Who runs this website
Delfey AI is operated by Yoni Avraham. To ask anything about your details, write to info@delfey.com.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the form on this page: your name, your email, your role, where you work if you choose to give it, and whether you asked for updates.
- Why: so that Delfey AI can reply to your enquiry about the pilot or a demo.
- Who sees it: only Delfey AI. The details are not passed to anyone else.
- Where it is kept: a database in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), run by Supabase. The website itself runs on Vercel.
- How long: deleted 12 months after the last contact.
- Giving your details is voluntary, and you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete them.
If you asked for updates, Delfey AI may email you about the product. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to stop at any time by writing to the contact address.
How the details are kept
Access is limited to the operator. The website itself cannot read what it stores: it can only add one entry, through a single door that returns nothing, and the database refuses every attempt to read from the public side. The connection is encrypted, both in your browser and between the site and the database.
What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies, counts no visitors, and has no advertising or tracking of any kind. Its fonts and pictures are served from the site itself, so opening this page tells no other company that you were here. The only link that leaves this site is the Log in button, which opens the Delfey AI app.
The Delfey AI product
The rest of this page is about the clinical platform, which is separate from this website and is used by invited users only.
Where the data is kept
The database, the web app, the background worker and the assistant service all run in the European Union (Frankfurt).
The AI services the product uses
- OpenAI (United States) — reading documents, drafting report sections and checking them. This runs under a data processing agreement signed by the operator.
- Google (United States) — reading scanned documents, and checking wording against professional literature.
- Anthropic Claude (United States) — a second writing-assistant option. It is not used on data from real cases.
What is removed before text reaches an AI service, and what is not
Delfey AI does not claim that everything is anonymized before it reaches an AI service. In the writing and checking steps, identifying details are removed first. In the document-reading step, some text or page images are sent before identifying details are removed.
